I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. I work with each individual with compassion and understanding, to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Chico State University of California and then went on to recieve my Master of Arts in Counseling from Franciscan University of Stuebenville, where I studied Counseling from a Catholic Christian perspective.
